چکیده
Objective: The study was designed to evaluate and compare stress distribution intrans cortical section of bone with titanium implant zirconia model under vertical oblique forces in anterior maxillary region. Materials Methods: A three‑dimensional finite element using ANSYS 13.0 software. Around the prepared implant, constructed definitive differentiation outer inner cancellous. Two straight abutment constructed, crowns 9mm mesiodistal width 11mm cervicoincisal length were created they cemented 50 micron meter cemental layer. bone-implant interface for both models bonded, simulating complete osseointegration dental crown assumed be connected as a single unit. Force application performed conditions 100 N representative masticatory force. For loading, force applied at 45° from axis. Von Mises analysis evaluated. Results: results showed Titanium Zirconia 81.317 MPa 78.405 MPa, respectively. Effect of Abutment Angulation and Material on Stress and Strain Distributions in Premaxillary Bone: A Three-Dimensional Finite Element Analysis
Background and Aim: Dental implants with angled abutments are often inserted in the anterior maxillary region due to the status of the residual ridge and aesthetic considerations. The purpose of this study was to assess stress and strain distributions in the premaxillary bone around dental implants by means of finite element analysis (FEA). Materials and Methods: Four three-dimensional (3D) fi...

متن کاملEffect of Abutment Height Difference on Stress Distribution in Mandibular Overdentures: A Three-Dimensional Finite Element Analysis
Background and Aim: Implant-supported overdentures are a treatment option for edentulous patients. One of the important factors in determining the prognosis of overdenture treatment is to control the distribution of stress in the implant-bone and attachment complex. This study assessed the effect of implant abutment height difference on stress distribution in mandibular overdentures. Materials...
متن کاملInfluence of restoration type on stress distribution in bone around implants: a three-dimensional finite element analysis.
The three-dimensional finite element analysis method was used to assess stress in bone around titanium implants using three treatment designs for a partially edentulous mandible, under axial (AX), buccolingual (BL), or mesiodistal (MD) loads. For each of these loads, highest stress was calculated in the model with a cantilever prosthesis supported by two implants (M2). Less stress was found in ...
